Spread across two floors, the 1 Bedroom Water Retreat comes with a private pool surrounded by ample area for sunbathing and taking in ocean vistas. In addition to a childrens’ sleeping area, there is a study, walk-in minibar, bathroom, dressing room, outdoor shower, and living area with sunken seats. Upstairs is a dining sala with roof deck and a curved water slide delivering you to the waters below.

3 Bedroom Island Reserve

Villa 34’s unique design is inspired by the gentle, undulating curves that are found in nature. This three bedroom beachfront villa is a sprawling 1,956 sqm with not a straight line in sight and has a viewing tower crowned by a dining table, which is the highest point on the island. It has a freshwater swimming pool and children’s pool with its own water slide. There is also a children’s tree house by the pool. On the ground floor the separate Master Suite has an outdoor bathroom with a water feature. A spacious open-plan living and dining area, as well as the kitchen, chocolate room and wine vault is ideal for family gatherings.

4 Bedroom Island Reserve with Slide

An expansive beachfront suite, the Island Reserve affords a wealth of luxury while allowing for customisation depending on your requirements. Spacious indoor-outdoor living areas abound, including a steam bath, changing room, sauna, master bedroom, TV lounge, dining room, private pool, kitchen and wine cellar. The second floor is home to a further three bedrooms with bathrooms and dressing rooms.

This our idea of what overwater living should be, with a huge 1,226 square metres of luxurious living space and uninhibited views in every direction. This huge villa features four private bedrooms, in addition to a study, gym, an outdoor shower and daybed, TV lounge, walk-in minibar and a sleeping area for the children, as well as a water slide from the top deck into the lagoon below.
