Terms and Conditions

Island Life Travel is a Ministry of Tourism approved Travel Agency and existing under the laws of Maldives Company Registration Number C7862019 with registered office at Lot No. 10487, 2nd Floor, Nirolhumagu, Hulhumale Maldives. Island Life Travel (“the company”, “we”, “us” and “our”) accepts bookings subject to the following conditions.

Payment terms and conditions

  1. 30 Day’s before arrival – 100% payment guarantee has to be given by the agent at the time of the booking.

  2. For Bookings made less than 15 days prior to arrival date at the time of the booking 100% payment has to be done.

Cancellation Policy

  1. Cancellation fee will not be charged if the booking is cancelled 30 day’s prior to the date of arrival.

  2. Cancellation within 30 to 20 Days prior to the date of arrival 50% of the total will be charged.

  3. Cancellation with 20 days and below to the date of arrival, No Show bookings and cancellations within the stay will be charged for the total stay on the basis booked.

Stay between 24th Dec to 07th Jan

  1. Cancellation within 90 day’s prior to dates of stay booked = 100% of the total booking amount.

  2. No Shows and Early Departure will be charged 100% of the total booking amount.

Complaints

  1. All complaints to be recorded at the property prior to departure.

  2. Resort will not entertain or respond to any new complaints received after check-out.

  3. Deductions related to complaints need to be agreed in writing prior by the management.

    4.
