Bandos Maldives Reopening on 01st July 2020
Bandos Maldives is set to reopen its doors to guests on 1 July 2020, following a 3 month closure period in relation to the global outbreak of Covid 19.
Further, to ensure the health and safety of our guests and associates, we will be adhering to the following guideline as we resume our normal resort operation.
1. While we have always met strict sanitation requirements, our activities are carried out professionally and visibly to our guests.
2. Body temperature check on your arrival to the resort and multiple times during your holiday at our service outlets. You may also be verbally requested to sanitize your hands immediately prior to or end of providing you different services.
3. Our team members will wear appropriate self-protective gears as an enhanced safety measure.
4. Our greetings are with a gesture of “resting palm on heart” without shaking hands.
5. Luggage and shoes sanitizing facility is available at reception.
6. Cleaned and sanitized room as per the height standards recommended by the Health Protection Agency of the Maldives.
7. Hand Sanitization will be available at the reception, public areas, restaurant & bars
8. We recommend all payments to be made with credit/debit card.
9. Well trained and certified medical team is available at the Resort clinic to serve you better and professionally in a medical emergency.
In order to minimize the risk of a possible contamination to other guests or members of the staff, the guests with COVID-19 symptoms will be assessed and monitored by our medical team. If the team identifies you for the definition of a suspected COVID-19 case, you will be isolated as per the Maldives HPA guideline. The rest assured that our purposely trained service team will take care of you all the way throughout such an unexpected case.
For the safety of everyone some of the public facilities available at specific hours and a few facilities and services suspended. We apologize for any inconveniences this may cause to our guests.
