MANTA AIR BEIGNS FLIGHTS TO INDIA
Manta Air started direct flights from India to the Maldives on February 16th. This development was announced at a special event held at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Bangalore. The airline intends to transform travel between India and the Maldives by providing direct flights from Bengaluru's Kempegowda International Airport to the Maldives' Dhaalu Airport. This direct route allows travelers to avoid the hassles and costs involved with transiting through Male's main Velana International Airport, giving them easy access to the Dhaalu Atoll's magnificent resorts.
Kandima Maldives, Niyama Private Islands, St. Regis Maldives, RIU, Baglioni, Angsana Velavaru, and Sun Siyam Iru Veli are among the most luxurious resorts in the Maldives, located on Dhaalu Atoll. The travel itineraries have been meticulously planned to allow guests to make the most of their time in the Maldives, with flights arriving in the morning and departing late in the evening for India.
This project represents a big milestone for Manta Air, as it transitions from a domestic and seaplane carrier to an international airline operator. The airline predicts an increase in travel interest and bookings from Indian tourists, making trips to the Maldives more accessible and affordable. Manta Air intends to engage with premium partner resorts to offer customized packages, offering complete ease for Indian travellers.
