ISLAND LIFE JOINED SATTE 2023 IN INDIA

Island Life participated in the 30th edition of SATTE held at India Expo Mart, Greater Noida, Delhi-NCR from 9 – 11 Feb. 2023. SATTE (South Asia's Travel & Tourism Exchange) provides National and State Tourism Boards, as well as local and international buyers and experts from the travel, tourism, and hospitality industries, with a complete platform (NTOs and STOs).

In order to do business, share expertise, and exchange ideas in order to develop innovation-driven solutions to quicken the pace of the industry's growth, SATTE is acknowledged as Asia's Leading Travel and Tourism Exhibition. The Ministry of Tourism, the Government of India, the National and International Tourism Boards, as well as other national and international trade groups and organizations, generously support SATTE.

SATTE has made a name for itself as the top networking event for South Asia's travel and tourism sector throughout the years. A total of 81 delegates from 48 companies in the Maldives' tourist sector participated in the SATTE 2023 in addition to MMPRC. The MMPRC made a concerted attempt to retain a destination presence in the Indian and broader South Asian markets by taking part in the SATTE 2023. India, with 241,369 arrivals, was the biggest source market for the destination last year, according to information provided by the Ministry.
